Lisa M. Davis, Ph.D., L.M.H.C., (former Executive Director & Clinical Director) is the founder of Insight Counseling Services. Dr. Davis has two Master Degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Community Agency Counseling and a Doctorate in Clinical Sexology. She is a Certified Sex Therapist; a clinical member of ATSA; and holds the credentials necessary to qualify as a Juvenile Sex Offender Therapist as specified in Florida Statutes 491.0145.
Susan Cappiello, has over twenty years of management experience and an additional eleven years experience working at Insight Counseling as part of the Administrative team. She was promoted to the Executive Director position in 2014 after working with Dr. Davis for ten years.
Amanda Gerber, L.M.H.C., has a Masters Degree from the University of South Florida. She has a background in working with dependency youth and has worked with sexually abusive youth for the past five years. Amanda grew up in Buffalo, NY and pursued an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After completing her undergraduate program she then continued to move south and attended graduate school at the University of South Florida where she went on to earn a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. Amanda is a clinical member of ATSA (Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers). Her experience includes over six years of child welfare work dealing with abused and neglected children. Additionally she has spent over five years working at Insight Counseling where she currently provides group, individual, and family therapy to youth involved with the SOAR program. She holds the credentials necessary to qualify as a Juvenile Sex Offender Therapist as specified in Florida Statutes 491.0145.

Alfred James, L.M.H.C., has been working with juveniles with sexually abusive behavior since 1998. He holds the credentials necessary to qualify as a Juvenile Sex Offender Therapist as specified in Florida Statutes 491.0145.
Our program staff are highly trained and specialized in the area of sexual offending behavior. All staff are Licensed Mental Health Counselors with Doctoral level oversight. The staff are clinical members of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers and hold the credentials to qualify as Certified Juvenile Sex Offender Therapists in accordance with Florida Statutes 491.0145
